    I really want to try several of your one-pot meals, but I don’t have a dutch oven. I do have a fabulous pressure cooker – do you think that might work?

    Hi Heather!

    I have never tried a pressure cooker with my recipes, but I suspect you will not have the same results as if you used a cast iron Dutch oven. If you try it, please let me know the results!
